C.O.R.E.
Cancer Outreach, Resources & Encouragement
CORE meets the third Monday of each month from 7:00- 8:30pm. We are collecting resources, arranging for prayer partners, prayer shawls, caps, prayer crosses, and setting up guest speakers. Cancer patients, care givers, cancer survivors and anyone with a heart for people who are experiencing cancer are welcome. Meetings are held in Room 110 near the East Entry, which is handicap accessible. Stephen Ministry
In more than 25 years, over 120 members of Messiah have been specially trained to give one-on-one long- or short-term Christian care to anyone experiencing a challenging or difficult time. If you ever need the special support of a listening friend, contact the office. More information is also available at www.stephenministries.com. Training class is offered in the fall.

Meals Ministry
Messiah volunteers prepare and deliver meals to families or individuals experiencing illness, a birth or death, or other need. If you or a friend would appreciate a prepared meal, or if you would like to volunteer, please contact Colleen at 763-786-5732.
Cup of Coffee Ministry
Trained volunteers meet regularly with individuals who are in need of companionship due to illness or limited mobility. Volunteers attend a one-time training session and are then assigned a person to visit. Contact Rod at 763-571-6745 for more information.
