Birthday Snacks
A child’s birthday is always special! Teachers will attempt to schedule your child’s turn for snack on a day that is on or near your child’s birthday or half-birthday. On this special day, you may wish to make the snack something that would be considered a “treat” (cupcakes, cookies, etc.). This must be store bought. Limit the treat to one item. No hard candy or suckers, no chocolate cake or chocolate cupcakes and no cake that must be cut. Whether or not you furnish a treat, the teachers will make sure that each child is given special recognition on his or her birthday. Thanks!
