For recurring events, you should specify how often (example: 2nd Tuesday of each month), the last meeting date ("forever" is not acceptable!), and what to do about holidays that might occur on the requested days. Note also, that no recurring requests will be extended from one "school year" to the next -- you need to submit a new request each year in August if the event is to continue into the next year (starting September).

Note that any requests submitted require you to both set the room up the way you want it (chairs, tables, Audio/Visual) and, more importantly, reset room to layout/diagram posted in each room. You may make your request on line by e-mailing the form to the Administrative Assistant or stop at the office and fill out a paper request and place it into the Administrative Assistant's mail box.
