Kingdom Kids
Who: Kindergarteners - Fifth Graders
When: Wednesdays, 6:00-8:00pm (Or 7:30 end time option)
Where: Room 110 (Downstairs near East Entry)
Dates: September 8 - April 27
Registration: $10.00 per child, $25.00 maximum per family
This is a program integrating music, puppetry, crafts and games to teach kids more about God and His Son, Jesus. On Wednesday nights, kids will go on an exciting island treasure hunt where they learn more God's attributes. For example, "God Is Wise and Good," "God Is Holy and Perfect" and "God Is Merciful."
Children will be working predominantly in two ages groups, K-second grade and third-fifth grade. The children will change locations throughout the evening and rotate learning through music, story, memory verse, art, games and puppets. There will be three Family Nights over the course of the year. Parents and siblings will be invited to share in the special entertainment on those evenings.
Notes:
- We will be asking parents to volunteer for at least four sessions as Class Assistants.
- There is an option for children to leave at 7:30pm for parents who prefer an earlier end time.
- Scholarships are available for families to whom the registration fee is a hardship.
